Orders and Shipping
For Philippine based orders, we ship via Gogo XPRESS. For customers who wish to order and ship internationally, please contact us for your shipping to be arranged.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery Time: After processing, expect delivery within 3–7 business days for Metro Manila and Greater Manila areas. Provincial areas may take up to 14 business days. 

• Tracking: A tracking link will be sent once your order is shipped. Alternatively, you may use Gogo XPRESS tracking website.

• Shipping Fee: Fees are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

Please make sure that your delivery information is correct because we cannot redirect orders that have already been shipped.
