When will I get my order?
After processing, expect delivery within 3–7 business days for Metro Manila and Greater Manila areas. Provincial areas may take up to 14 business days. Expect delays during peak season and nationwide emergencies.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
As of the moment, we are not accepting Cash on Delivery. But we do have a wide array of payment options available (GCash, Paymaya, bank deposit, debit and credit cards, QR code payments.) You may find our full list of payment options upon check-out.
Do you ship internationally?
As of the moment, our website does not support international shipping. But we do offer to ship internationally manually. Please contact us here.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Typical price range locally is from PHP 80.00 and up. You will always know the shipping price upon check-out of items.
An item is out of stock! When will you restock?
We do not restock our products once an item has been sold out.
